- Hold a fundraising event such as a breakfast; bring in coffee & donuts at work for donations; have a 'take the stairs' day or 'dress down' day at work; hold a garage sale, game night or theme party; hold a coffee shop meet & greet; ask your gym to match your goal. GOOD LUCK!

Dear Friend,
Give the breath of life to those fighting lung diseases! Support my efforts as I climb 55 floors to the top of the BentleyForbes-Bank of America Plaza on April 19, 2008 to raise funds for clean air and healthy lungs. I am taking this challenge to support the American Lung Association's efforts to prevent lung disease and promote lung health through research, education, patient services and programs. I have set a personal fundraising goal of $X. Please help me reach my goal by visiting my personal web page and following the instructions to make a secure online donation. I appreciate any contribution you can make. Your donation helps us all breathe easier.
